These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Ready To Sell offers a property presentation services, specializing in, but not limited to including but not limited to cleaning, interior spacial design, de-cluttering and organizing. Additional items for staging maybe available at an extra daily fee, as specified during the consultation.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted during the consultation and may vary based on the scope of work.
A deposit may be required for larger projects or when additional staging items are requested.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Property Condition

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and safe for our team.
Ready To Sell is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.

5. Staging Items

Any additional presentation/staging items are rented at an agreed daily rate.
Items must remain in good condition and will be inspected after use.
Damaged or missing items will incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not available for completed services, except in cases of demonstrable errors or service deficiencies.

7. Liability

While we take utmost care in delivering services, Ready To Sell is not liable for any accidental damage caused by external factors or unforeseen circumstances during the service period.

8. Privacy Policy

Ready To Sell respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill your service requests.

9. Amendments

Ready To Sell reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their next service booking.
